The Wedge Press can produce up to 780 to 900 4" to 12" ready-to-cook tortillas per hour. The unique Rotomal's circular movement continuously moves flour tortillas around
to the operator for turning or removing, allowing the customer
to see and smell the flour tortillas as they cook!
